Phenylephrine :-

•         Treat Nasal Congestion

Chlorpheniramine :-

•         Treat common cold, flu and allergic condition

Paracetamol :-

•         Antipyretic and Analgesic

Sodium Citrate :-

•         Mucolytic Agent

Menthol :-

•         Relieves irritation & provide cooling sensation

Dosage :-

•         Children below 4 years :- As recommended by the physician
•         Children 4-6 :- 2.5 ml every 4 hours, not to exceed 15 ml in 24 hours
•         Children 6-12 :- 5ml every 4 hours, not to exceed 30 ml in 24 hours
•         Adults :- 10 ml, 3-4 times a day
•         Or as directed by the physician

Safety Information:-

•         Do not use beyond 7 days, unless recommended by the doctor.
•         It can cause drowsiness. Patients on long term therapy should not drive vehicles or operate machinery.
•         It is not recommended in severe cardiovascular disease, tachycardia, hypertension as well as other disorders like diabetes mellitus, thyrotoxicosis, prostatic enlargement & glaucoma.
•         Taking more than daily dose can cause serious liver damage or allergic reaction
